Hiring managers who aren't recruiters look you up — "recruiters only" hides you from most of them. Your profile gets a full section-by-section review with recommendations as part of onboarding. LinkedIn profile PDF On your own profile, click "More" > "Save to PDF" and send it with your resume in your welcome-email reply. This gives me every section exactly as written for your profile review. Type "will send" to confirm. Current status If in transition: last working day, severance end date, and any deadlines that matter Timeline pressure drives strategy — urgency changes the plays we run.

2 · The Target What roles are you targeting? Titles, level, function. "I'm not sure" is a valid answer we work with. Compensation: your floor, your target, and how you feel about variable/commission/equity Location: remote only, hybrid radius, relocation cities, travel tolerance Industries you want, industries you refuse, dream companies, blacklist companies

3 · Your Story (the gold mine) For each role in your last 15–20 years: title, company, dates, team size if you managed people, and your 2–3 proudest results Numbers are gold: revenue, %, rankings, awards, deal sizes. Paste from an old doc if easier. The stories behind the numbers A time you built something nobody asked for, turned around a failing situation, won a deal everyone said was lost, or got recognized publicly. Rough bullets — I'll interview you for the details. Awards, certifications, education, programs you were selected for What do colleagues say you're the best at? What differentiates you from others with your title? Anything you're worried about (gaps, short stints, a termination)? We position it honestly and strategically — no surprises in interviews. This stays confidential.

4 · Your Network People who would take your call tomorrow Former bosses, peers, clients, vendors — names + where they work now (best guess is fine). Who has already offered to help since you started looking? 3–5 references and what each would say about you

5 · Logistics Which service are you starting with? Concierge clients: your Career Search Services Agreement arrives with your welcome email for electronic signature before work begins. How do you want your weekly updates? Anything else I should know? Family constraints, health considerations affecting travel, a dream company, a nemesis.
