1 · The Basics Full name Email Phone City & state Country of residence The Pursuit Engine is currently available to clients in the United States and Canada only. LinkedIn URL Is your LinkedIn profile visible to all LinkedIn members? Check: Settings & Privacy > Visibility. Hiring managers who aren't recruiters look you up: "recruiters only" hides you from most of them. Your profile gets a full section-by-section review with recommendations as part of onboarding. LinkedIn profile PDF This gives me every section of your profile exactly as written, so your profile review is specific instead of generic. Takes about 20 seconds:
1. Go to your own LinkedIn profile page.
2. Click the … (More) button, just to the right of "Enhance profile".
3. Choose Save to PDF. It downloads to your computer.

3 · Your Story (the gold mine) For each role in your last 15 to 20 years: title, company, dates, team size if you managed people, and your 2 to 3 proudest results Numbers are gold: revenue, %, rankings, awards, deal sizes. Paste from an old doc if easier. The stories behind the numbers A time you built something nobody asked for, turned around a failing situation, won a deal everyone said was lost, or got recognized publicly. Rough bullets. I'll interview you for the details. Awards, certifications, education, programs you were selected for What do colleagues say you're the best at? What differentiates you from others with your title? Anything you're worried about (gaps, short stints, a termination)? I position it honestly and strategically, with no surprises in interviews. This stays confidential.

4 · Your Network People who would take your call tomorrow Former bosses, peers, clients, vendors: names + where they work now (best guess is fine). Who has already offered to help since you started looking? 3 to 5 references and what each would say about you

5 · Logistics Which service are you starting with? Concierge clients: your Career Search Services Agreement arrives with your welcome email for electronic signature before work begins.
