The Pursuit Engine ("I," "me," or "my," since you are working with one person, Bobbie Ziemer) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. It applies to pursuitengine.ai and to the career-search services I provide.
I collect the information you choose to share with me, which may include: your name, email, phone number, location, LinkedIn profile, resume and work history, career goals, compensation preferences, professional network and references, and any other details you provide through my intake form, contact form, email, or calls. For Concierge clients, this may also include recorded audio or video you choose to submit while using an interview-practice tool ahead of a scheduled interview; typing your answers instead is always an option.
I use your information solely to provide and improve your career-search service: to build your career profile, tailor your resumes and application materials, research relevant roles and hiring contacts, prepare you for interviews, and communicate with you about your search. I do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
I store your information in reasonably secure systems and keep it only as long as needed to provide your service. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below), and I will delete it within a reasonable period following your request, except where retention is required by law. Recorded practice answers are treated the same as your other materials: used only to help you prepare, never shared outside your own search, and deleted on the same schedule.
Testimonials and recommendations are published only with your written consent, with the exact wording confirmed with you first, and anonymously if you prefer. Separately, I may publish anonymized, aggregated outcome statistics (for example, the number of interviews in motion across all clients); these never identify you or include any detail that could narrow down who you are.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@pursuitengine.ai. You may also opt out of communications at any time.
My service uses artificial-intelligence tools to help prepare drafts and research. A human reviews the work, and you review and approve everything before it is used. Your information may be processed by these AI tools under their respective terms, solely to perform your service.
My services are intended for working professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.
I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
