We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. We make no guarantee that you will obtain interviews, offers, or employment, or any particular compensation. Hiring decisions rest solely with third-party employers. What we provide is the machinery, effort, and honest guidance of a professional career search.
Fees for each service tier are described on our site and at the time of purchase. Recurring services are billed in advance and may be canceled per the terms of your engagement. Specific engagement terms are provided in your service agreement where applicable.
Documents we prepare for you (such as your resume, cover letters, and tracker) become yours upon payment. The Pursuit Engine name, logo, methods, templates, prompts, systems, and know-how remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers our underlying system to you. Kit and toolkit purchases are licensed for personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to provide paid services to others.
Our service uses AI tools to help prepare drafts and research, always with human oversight, and you review and approve everything before it is used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or lost employment opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
